Hassan Kamel Rateb serves as Managing Director and Chairman of Sinai Cement Company Sae. Dr. Rateb serves as Chairman of Sama Group. Dr. Rateb is leading the investment policies for Sama Group. He controls and follows up performance directly with the help of an independent consultative body to guarantee it work’s according to the pointed policies and programs with high experience in all investment fields according to correct scientific background and high level specialized experience at Sama. Dr. Rateb serves as Chairman of Sama Sinai Investment Co., Sama Hills Investment Co., Sama Tourism International Co. and Sama International company for Construction Development. He is a Delegated member for Board Director of The Egyptian Company for Touristic & Leisure Projects (Tulip) management council and Member of the Investment and Financing Egyptian Co. management council. Dr. Rateb serves as General Secretary of El-Helal El-Ahmar association in Giza. He serves as General Secretary of the Consolatory Council of Businessmen and Investors in Giza, Chairman of Dar Al Insan Center for Specialized press (Meter Morabaa Magazine), Chairman of North Sinai investors Association, Board member of Sues Channel University, Board member Egyptian Industries Union, Expert at United Nation Development Program ( UNDP ) of the National Project for Development of Sinai. Dr. Rateb holds a M.Sc. in Business from Bridgestone university , U.S.A, Doctorate in Management from Bridgestone University, USA and Doctorate in Political Sciences from Kinston University, USA.
